Who we are

Visyon is a brand of Savvies Limited, registered in England and Wales (company no. 15862159), Latitude Court, 3 Albert Basin Way, London E16 2QP. Savvies Limited is the controller of personal data collected through visyon.uk. You can contact us about privacy at [email protected].

What we collect

This website has no accounts, no checkout and no contact forms, so we collect very little.

  • Emails you send us. If you email support, we receive your name, email address, any order number and what you tell us. We use this only to answer you and to deal with product queries or faults.
  • Basic technical data. Our hosting provider, Cloudflare, processes standard request data such as IP address and browser type to deliver the site and protect it from attacks. We use Cloudflare Web Analytics, which counts visits without cookies and without identifying you.
  • Google Analytics (only if you accept). If you click "Accept" on our cookie banner, Google Analytics 4 sets cookies to measure how visitors use the site: pages viewed, how you arrived, your general location (country or city), device type, and clicks on the "Buy" buttons. Google Analytics does not store full IP addresses. Google Ireland Limited processes this data for us as our processor. If you click "Reject", Google Analytics is not loaded at all.

Buying on Amazon

When you click a "Buy" button you leave this website and go to Amazon.co.uk or Amazon.ie. Your purchase, payment, delivery and returns are handled by Amazon under Amazon's own privacy notice. Links may include an Amazon Attribution code so we can see how many visits came from this site. Amazon does not share your personal details with us through this code.

Our lawful basis

We answer your emails because you asked us to (legitimate interests and, where you have bought a product, to meet our obligations to you). Technical data is processed for our legitimate interest in running a secure website.

How long we keep it

Support emails are kept for up to 2 years after the conversation ends, or longer if needed for a warranty or legal claim.

Your rights

Under UK GDPR and EU GDPR you can ask for a copy of your data, ask us to correct or delete it, object to how we use it, or restrict its use. Email us to make a request. If you're unhappy with our answer you can complain to the Information Commissioner's Office (ico.org.uk) in the UK or the Data Protection Commission (dataprotection.ie) in Ireland.

Cookies

We do not use advertising cookies. We only set analytics cookies if you agree.

  • _ga and _ga_* (Google Analytics, up to 2 years): set only after you click "Accept". They tell us how many people visit and which pages and buttons they use.
  • vy-region (local storage): remembers whether you chose UK or Ireland, so the buy buttons go to the right Amazon store. Never sent to us.
  • vy-consent (local storage): remembers your cookie choice so we don't ask on every page.

You can change your choice at any time with the "Cookie settings" link at the bottom of every page, or by clearing site data in your browser.

Lawful basis: analytics cookies are used only with your consent, which you can withdraw at any time.

Google Fonts serves our typefaces, which means your browser connects to Google's servers to download them.
